What Is the Bulltic AI Score?

The Bulltic AI Score is a single number between 0 and 100 that summarizes the current investment outlook for a stock. Think of it as a real-time "health check" for any publicly traded company. A score of 100 means every signal we track is strongly positive; a score of 0 means the opposite. Most stocks land somewhere in between, reflecting the natural uncertainty of markets.

Step 1 — Real-Time Market Data

Every analysis starts with live price data: the current quote, 52-week range, trading volume, and analyst recommendations. We pull this data fresh for every request, so the score you see reflects the market right now — not yesterday's close.

Step 2 — Sentiment Analysis

We analyze the titles of recent news articles related to the stock using natural language processing (NLP). Each headline is scored from negative to positive. The scores are averaged to produce an overall sentiment reading. A company with mostly positive press coverage scores higher on this dimension than one surrounded by negative headlines — even if their fundamentals are identical.

Step 3 — Analyst Consensus

Wall Street analysts publish ratings ranging from "Strong Buy" to "Strong Sell." We incorporate the aggregate analyst consensus into the score. A stock rated "Strong Buy" by the majority of analysts gets a significant boost, while a "Sell" consensus pulls the score down. This isn't the only input — analysts can be wrong — but it is a useful signal.

Step 4 — Composite Scoring

The Bulltic engine combines all inputs into a single weighted score. Sentiment and analyst consensus each contribute to the final number. The result is clamped between 0 and 100 and rounded to the nearest whole number. Scores update approximately every 5 minutes as new data arrives.

How to Interpret the Score

A score of 70–100 indicates bullish conditions: the stock has positive sentiment, favorable analyst ratings, and/or strong momentum. A score of 40–69 is neutral — signals are mixed or inconclusive, suggesting caution. A score of 0–39 is bearish: multiple indicators are pointing downward. Use the score as a starting point for your own research, not as the final word.

What Bulltic Is Not

Bulltic is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. Our score does not guarantee future performance. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and even a score of 95 does not mean a stock will go up. Always do your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
